Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 can's of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 small package of mushrooms, sliced
1 small container of sour cream
1/2 bag egg noodles
Onion powder (or onions if you like them)
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
First Brown the hamburger in a skillet
Next add the sour cream, cans of mushroom soup, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
In another pot cook egg noodles according to package instructions
Drain noodles. Then plate noodles and top with beef mixture. YUM!
